Vacancy Quotation & Project coordinator (Interior industry)
Do you love interiors and do you like organising? Can you calculate accurately and switch between customers, suppliers and colleagues? Then we are looking for you!
Your role in brief:
As Quotation & Project Coordinator, you ensure that quotations are correct, requests run smoothly and projects are organised smoothly. Whether it's calculating paint, wallpaper and curtains, requesting prices from suppliers or monitoring planning-you keep everything under control.
What will you do?
- Prepare quotations and calculations for interior projects.
-Request quotes from suppliers and find the best deals.
-Supervise the organisation and planning of projects.
-Contact customers, suppliers and the internal team.
-Make sure everything is done to perfection-from quotation to execution.
What are we looking for in you?
-You have an eye for detail and are strong with numbers.
-You like structure and get energy from organising.
-Communicate with customers and suppliers? That comes easily to you!
-Experience in the interior design industry is nice, but not mandatory.
-You work fluently with Excel and systems for quotations.
